The Chillin Cheetah is an Ontario Cannabis Delivery business committed to protecting the privacy of its customers, following Ontario's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ("FIPPA").
Chillin cheetah is responsible for protecting personal information in its custody or control. This Policy describes critical principles and practices followed by Chillin cheetah concerning its collection, use, disclosure, retention and disposal of personal information.

What is Personal Information?

Chillin cheetah typically collects personal information from customers online and may collect data over the telephone or mail.

Visiting the Chillin Cheetah Website

Every time you visit the Chillin cheetah website, you will be asked to enter your date of birth to confirm you are 19 years of age or older to access the website's content legally. Your date of birth is not used for other purposes or stored by Chillin cheetah after closing your browser session.

Product Purchase and Delivery

When you order products from the Chillin cheetah website, you must provide your name, address, email, telephone number and payment card information. This information is used to process transactions, verify your identity, deliver and return products, issue refunds, and protect against error or fraud.
You may be asked to present valid government photo identification to confirm that you are of legal age at delivery. If picking up from a delivery depot, you will also be asked to verify that you are someone who is authorized to pick up the package. When requested, identification is viewed but not recorded. In all cases, the name, signature of the person accepting the parcel will be registered as confirmation that the delivery has been received.

Product Complaints and Returns

All returns are subject to the Chillin cheetah return policy. If you contact us for a refund or register a complaint about a product you purchased from Chillin cheetah, the personal information from your original order will be used.
Chillin cheetah will need to collect details of your reason for return, product quality assurance and customer care purposes and protect against fraud. Specific product quality issues are subject to Health Canada's cannabis or consumer product regulations, which require us to report complaint details to suppliers and Health Canada. In these cases, Chillin cheetah does not share your personal information with Health Canada unless Health Canada requests explicitly it from us to follow up directly with you. Chillin cheetah will not share your personal information with a supplier unless you give us your express consent to do so. Your support, if granted, will allow the supplier to contact you if required.

Public Enquiries and Customer Care

When you contact Chillin cheetah with a comment, question or complaint, we may need to record information to respond to you appropriately, including details of your enquiry, your name, and your preferred method(s) of contact (such as your mailing address, phone number or email address).

Call Recording

We may monitor and record telephone discussions when you call Chillin cheetah to evaluate customer service for training purposes and confirm our conversations with you.

Service Providers Acting on Chillin Cheetah Behalf

Personal information will be provided to our service providers to fulfill your requested services, such as the delivery of products you have ordered from us, and for no other purposes. Our service providers may not otherwise use Chillin cheetah's personal information and comply with strict privacy standards.

Chillin cheetah customer personal information under its custody or control in Canada and employs organizational, contractual, technical and physical security measures to protect that information.

Chillin cheetah Website Server Log Data

Each time you browse from our websites, our server automatically collects limited amounts of standard information sent by your browser. We cannot identify you from this information.
We collect the following standard types of information:

Accuracy and Retention of Personal Information
